The location was peaceful and unbeatable, within walking distance of Anne of Cleves House. This hotel was situated in a luxurious area. the room was modern and amazing, featuring a coffeemaker and glassware.

I thoroughly enjoyed its quiet and absolutely perfect location!

location: the hotel was close enough to a large park and frantiskovy lazne for peace, quiet relaxation. i tried some drinks at wine bar symposium, located 5 minutes walk away. booked a room with relaxing views of the park. the breakfast had a lot of food and it was very good.

Loved this perfect accommodation with amicable staff who was there for her night shift. They gave us perfectly clean and amazing double room with comfortable beds.

The location here is peaceful, and for instance, Lewes Priory Park is a comfortable distance away from the hotel. 🌳.

The room service was good,the food we orderd was very tasty.

I liked a lot the conform of the hotel, all facilities also for older people like my father (85) and dog. It is pleasant to have the car neer the hotel and easily access to it. Personnel was extremely kind and professional. Restaurant was also very nice. I would recommend to anybody the hotel without any hesitation, pleasant ,causy and clean and with everything that a Spa must have. I hope to return next year!!!

Modern hotel, great spa treatments, excellent wellness facilities, helpful staff, beautiful breakfast buffet, comfortable and clean rooms.

The hotel is wonderfully located, with the city center and a large park in short walking distance. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast is varied and tasty, and the sauna and steam bath areas are very relaxing. the staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The food quality and service in the restaurant are poor, and some treatments at the spa were disappointing.

We had a great time in the spa town and enjoyed the comfortable rooms with peaceful views of the park. The wellness facilities were clean, relaxing and perfect for unwinding after exploring the local area. We especially liked the sauna and steam room. In addition, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, including healthy options, and the location was within easy walking distance to the town center.

We found that the staff's level of English was not great, which made communication more difficult. Moreover, some facilities advertised were not always available, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel also seemed busy during our stay and we felt rushed during our spa treatments. the hotel was nice, but could benefit from some improvements in service and attention to detail.

Located near a beautiful park and close to the town center, this hotel is a great choice for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The spa treatments offered are of good quality and a great way to relax during your stay. the hotel offers ample parking space for those driving to the hotel.

The service at the hotel restaurant could use some improvement. The food quality is not up to par with other 4-star hotel restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the park. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to the city center and the park.

Everything was fantastic.
